Steven and Amy lead Dutchmen Decks with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. With years of expertise and a hands-on approach, they ensure each client feels valued throughout the design and building process. Outside of work, they love spending time with their growing family and creating memories in their own outdoor spaces.
Jason and Darlene are the backbone of operations at Dutchmen Decks. Jason’s attention to detail and Darlene’s organizational skills help ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Together, they bring a vision for quality and reliability that shapes the company’s mission. In their downtime, they enjoy family adventures and time spent outdoors.
We, Steven and Jason are two Amish brothers. We bought our first business at ages 16 and 19 respectively with two of our older brothers. We quickly learned the key to success is having a great product, but more importantly great customer service that people you can count on.
Four years later, we purchased the business as partners.
Still not quite satisfied, we sold the company in 2017 and found our passion, Dutchmen Decks. A company you can believe in, where we turn dreams into a reality.
